We take the safety and education of our students to heart and hence make a thorough evaluation of each applicant prior to admittance. Along with that, each applicant is required to complete an Admissions Enrollment Packet which includes the following:

 

1. Signed Parent Handbook Acknowledgement page

2. Emergency Form

3. Medication Administration Form (if applicable)

4. Updated Immunization form

5. Health Inventory

6. All About My Child Form

7. Signed Contract

8. Enrollment Application

9. Non-Refundable two weeks deposit

10. Enrollment Fee

11. First Week tuition

12. Curriculum Fee

13. Activity Fee

 

**MUST be turned in before your child’s first day.
